Is there a difference in women's and men's sizes?

No.  Our product is gender neutral; therefore we only go by measurements.

How do I know my size?

Our bracelets are sized by the measurement of your wrist.

if your wrist measures approximately 5.5" (13.97 CM) = order 6"

if your wrist measures approximately 6" (15.24 CM) = order 6.5"

if your wrist measures approximately 6.5" (16.51 CM) =order 7"

if your wrist measures approximately 7" (17.78 CM) = order 7.5"

if your wrist measures approximately 7.5" (19.05 CM) = order 8"

if your wrist measures approximately 8" (20.32) = order 8.5"

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PURCHASE A 4MM BEADED BRACELET, YOU SHOULD SELECT THE SIZE OF YOUR ACTUAL WRIST MEASUREMENT (I.E. WRIST MEASURES 7"....ORDER A 7" BRACELET for 4mm beads only, otherwise round up the nearest half inch)

How do I measure my wrist? 

we recommend that you Wrap a flexible tape measure snuggly around the part of the wrist where you intend to wear the bracelet. Write down the inches or cm you’ve just measured.

  1. Measure the location on your wrist where you intend to wear the bracelet.  
  2. Compare your measurement to the chart below
  3. choose the size that corresponds to the measurement below.

If you don't have a measuring tape, here's a tip:

  1. wrap a piece of string around your wrist where you intend to wear the bracelet.
  2. mark the spot on the string once it has went completely around your wrist
  3. lay string along a ruler to get the inches that were measured
  4. choose the size that corresponds to the measurement.

How do i cleanse my bracelets?

wax & wane jewelry suggests using sage or palo santo.  Sage and Palo Santo are the perfect tools for smudging your crystal adornments before wearing.  The smoke facilitates a powerful cleansing ritual for clearing negative energies in stones and crystals. We recommend that you smudge your crystal jewelry at least once a month, you can include this in your Full Moon or New Moon ritual.  Many stones require more frequent cleansing (especially black tourmaline and obsidian), use your intuition and smudge as often as you feel is needed.  We always purify and cleanse all jewelry purchases before they go home to you ready for you to set your own intention.

I no longer see an item that I wanted to purchase, will it be available again?

If you no longer see an item that was once available on our Online Store, you can contact our Customer Service to see if it will be available again in the future.  Please visit our Contact page to send us a message.

My bracelet accidentally broke, do i need to purchase a new one to replace it?

No.  We are more than happy to re-string your bracelet for you.  please send us a message by visiting our contact page and we can begin the process.  please note that shipping fees will apply.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Select styles are "made to order", therefore please allow up to 7 business days for order delivery to ship.

Do I have to be home for my package to be dropped off?

no.  we are currently only shipping via u.s. postal service, therefore it will be delivered with your regular mail.  if you choose to have it sent another way, please contact us first via our contact page so we can work with you in fulfilling your request.

 

Gift Cards:

 

Can I purchase a Gift Card in any value?

No, however we offer Gift Cards in several pre-set values

I am trying to buy more than 1 Gift Card and the system won’t let me, am I doing something wrong?

No, currently the system only allows 1 Gift Card per transaction.  

I am trying to buy jewelry and a Gift Card but it’s not letting me….and I doing something wrong?

No, currently the system only allows 1 Gift Card per transaction.

How does the recipient of the Gift Card receive their card?

There is no physical card.  The recipient will receive a unique code to use as payment in an email that is sent to them after you purchase the Gift Card.

Can I set a specific time to send the email to the recipient?

No, currently the system doesn’t offer this.  You can have the email sent to you as a delivery option at checkout.  You can then forward the email or the pdf. at your desired time.

Is there an option to add a message to a Gift Card?

Yes.  You can use up to 80 characters in your message

Do Gift Cards cover tax and shipping?

Yes.

Can I use less than the full value of my Gift Card?

When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.

Can I return items that I purchased with a gift card?

Yes. Refunding a purchase made with a gift card adds the refunded amount to the gift card's balance.

How does the recipient check their balance?

The recipient will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, they'll see the remaining balance if there is any.

What happens if the recipient of the Gift Card loses their Gift Card code?

Please message us via our contact page with the name of the person that purchased the Gift Card and order number if available and we will resend the email notification.

 

RETURNS:

How long do I have to return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from receiving your order. Your return must be in compliance with our Return Guidelines.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in compliance with our Return Guidelines.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned item?

Once a return has been received, your refund will be applied to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days.  please be aware that card issuers have different policies in how quickly they return the funds to your account.

 

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange a product I purchased for something else?

We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one Wax & Wane item in place of another, simply return your original purchase for a refund by following our Return Guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like.
